I recently brought my Toshiba laptop into these guys because it wasn’t running properly. I had accidentally clicked a download in an e-​mail and it seemed all heck broke loose, since my system wouldn’t allow me to run anything, and would slow down to a crawl.
They quoted me a fairly reasonable price, and told me they would have it done within 24 – 48 hours (They have an express service, but I have a spare Laptop, so I opted against it). To my surprise, they called me before the end of the day and told me my system was ready. I managed to make it back by there before they closed, and picked my system up. It works flawlessly, and Travis even took the time to explain what they did, and said they even did an extended clean-​up to help ensure the speediness of the system. These guys have definitely earned my future business.
They even noticed my iPhone was cracked and offered me a discounted price due to already having an item with them. I stated that I needed to wait until my next paycheck, and they said not a problem, they’ll honor the discount for me. Now that’s service!
