Very professional staff, courteous and polite and accomodating to our changes and some of our challenges. The photographer was excellent, did a wonderful job, the staging team was great, I have nothing to say but good things about this company will highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their home, got offers on our home the same day it was listed.

Do NOT ask for a quote from this company unless you are prepared to receive multiple phone calls and emails from their real estate partners! I simply requested a quote for their home staging services and within hours I started receiving phone calls and emails from realtors wanting to be the listing agent for my home sale.
They did not ask me if I wanted my information shared or sales services, they just treated my personal info recklessly and ruined the opportunity to do business together.
Bad business– Do not trust them.

I was very disappointed. They charged me $ 250 just to give me a bid for staging my vacant home, which they charged up front. They are the only service company that charges to provide a bid. The realtors, painters, flooring companies etc all provided advice when they came to assess my home for their bids but didn’t charge to bid.
But I paid, they came and they promised to deliver a quote and plan by a certain date/​time. The day came and went and they never delivered it! I called them the next morning and they sent me an incomplete plan later that day. All this during the sales cycle when they should be trying to win my business. Their inability to follow through meant I wouldn’t be able to put my house on the market until a week later than planned.
Then, they had the nerve to insist that I pay for their staging services in full up-​front. This model of getting paid 100% up front is ridiculous and puts all of the risk on the customer and creates a situation where the customer has no leverage to hold them accountable for delivering all that they are contracted to deliver. After not being able to provide a quote on time while trying to win my business, I had zero confidence they would stage my house on time meanwhile they would have had thousands of my dollars.
I went to a different staging company that delivered on time with excellent quality every step of the way.
I was selling my home from out-​of-​state and needed a staging company I could trust and Model My Home proved more interested in getting paid than providing quality service.
