Just google their phone number and you will see that they are currently using about 200 – 300 black hat blogs to spin their redundant content and boost their own status. A warning to all Unilocalers — avoid MJ Electronics if you value your electronic equipment, and mainly your valuable time.
My Sony TV needed some servicing and the Sony rep pointed me to MJ Electronics to complete the warranty service. I could never get my phone calls returned from this place, they kept giving me the run around with ordering the proper part for my TV, and when I finally broke down and decided to visit the place in person to talk face to face (they are in a ratty strip center on the intersection of Midway and Trinity Mills next to Radio Shack) the place looked like a bomb had gone off… TVs, parts, old boxes, and filth everywhere. Best of all, after 3 weeks of waiting for the part to come in that I was told they had ordered; when they pulled me up on the computer in person they showed that they hadn’t even ordered it yet for me! So much wasted time. Needless to say, I walked out and decided to call Sony Support, who quickly recommended someone else who go the part ordered and my TV fixed in less than a week.
I have no idea how Sony can possibly keep this dump on their list of recommended service facilities for their products.
