Absolutely the best rolls, buns, and bread I’ve found in Dallas. Their onion rolls are the bomb! They were so helpful with my other food allergies too and helped me navigate through what I could and couldn’t have. I HIGHLY recommend!

Great breads, tortillas, croutons all like non-GF counterparts. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Let us know about some GF restaurant options that we can’t wait to try. Even offered to help my son at scout camp so he will have the gluten free food he needs. So awesome, thank you!

Great breads and hamburger /hotdog buns that are gluten free!!! Owners are super helpful and I typically choose restaurants that serve their products plus I have bought direct from Local Oven but now they are available at Central Market! I have Celiac Disease so these products are a life saver!

The business is strictly gluten free baked goods. They primary cater to businesses but do have a store front where you can purchase frozen prepackaged items… limited choices but worth a look. The taste: Enjoyable. My takeaway: I can enjoy gluten free baked goods at many Dallas restaurants without sacrificing taste. The website has vast list of businesses that use their products.

I found Local Oven products at Central Market, which is super convenient. I really like the pita pockets. I have noticed that so many other gluten-free breads are so high in calories and fat, so I am loving how light the pita pockets are. I’m going to have to check out some of their other products too!

The best kept secret around! I have tried their bread at some of the Kenny’s restaurants and finally made a trip to the store front to try out some of their other items. They have a wide variety of bread products to choose from and you don’t have to buy in large quantity, but if you choose to stock up it freezes great. I think my favorite products so far are the pita bread and onion rolls — really light and flavorfu! The only caution is that once you try it – you can easily become addicted :-) Be sure to check out their website and join their email list to find out which restaurants carry their product — its a great way to find out where you can eat. I am so happy that I found this place… and, you will be too — check it out!

This wonderful local gem has DFW gluten-freers all atwitter. Not only can you stop by their very accommodating storefront at Trinity Mills and Midway, but you can enjoy their products all around the Metroplex.(Check out their website for locations, and help them add more!) The onion rolls are the perfect size for small burger or sandwich. Another favorite is the cheddar baguette. Finally bread products that don’t disappoint.

I have been gluten free for 4 years and the buns at Local Oven are the BEST buns I have eaten in 4 years!!! Even if Local Oven is not in your area, it is totally worth the drive. Their breads come individually packaged and frozen so they are very easy to transport as well as use when you want them. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Don’t miss out on this GF gem!!!

As a sufferer of Celiac Disease for the past 8 years, I had resigned to the fact that very few options existed for anything that even remotely tasted or felt like«normal bread». And then I discovered Local Oven… wow! Their facility is a 100% dedicated, gluten free bakery where amazing fluffy, tasteful, and healthy hamburger bun, hot dog buns, breadcrumbs, rolls, etc are made fresh daily! My fiancé is not gluten free, but he eats everything I bring home from Local Oven because it is just that good! Their products are popping up in restaurants all over North Texas which means the gluten free community can now eat out so much easier! And if they don’t carry Local Oven? I just take my own bun with me. :)
