Jefferson Dental Clinics – Carrollton

This is the Walmart of dentist offices. Appointments mean nothing as you will be waiting in their dirty waiting room for hours with the Spanish TV blaring. I could over look this had they not screwed up my root canal to the point another dentist had to remove bone that was sticking out of my gums! Dr Ajay did not seem to care about this the two separate visits to be refitted for my crown.

Worst ever… dentist numb my lip then waited an hour before coming back to the room… I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE FELT THAT MUCH PAIN. I complained while I was there. I would never go back. So hereI am with a tooth with the filling came out before a year. I call an spoke with Sara and told her what had happen so she made me an appointment I get there and am told I have to pay by the office manager thT I would have to pay. So I tell her am not paying. I get call to the back and the dentist put ice on the tooth am sitting there. then he directs me to the front to talk money. Well my sister has been going these last couple of weeks her balance is well over 9000. Due to my issue she will not be going any work done

First time here and definitely my last. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00pm, I arrived at that time. The office clerk was nice and the lobby was clean. I was the only one in the lobby. I filled out my new patient paperwork and was called back ten minutes later. After my blood pressure was taken my X-​rays were taken. I wasn’t informed the next steps after my exams. I just sat in the chair and the next thing I know it was 3:45pm and I still wasn’t seen my the doctor.
I asked a dental assistant why the long wait (other people were being seen) and was told with an attitude they were waiting on my exams to develop. I informed her I was there for a basic cleaning (covered by my insurance) She told me with attitude… that’s not what’s on your paperwork.
Needless to say, I went to the front desk and told them to cancel my appointment and left! They informed me they wouldn’t bill my insurance for the exams. That is ridiculous the amount of time I waited. I’m not use to dentist waiting for my exams to tell me what type of cleaning I need after I informed them what I wanted. I will call my regular dentist that’s 45minutes away from me!
