J B’s Steakhouse

Not really a steakhouse by most standards. My KC Strip was actually a long, flat piece of meat that was about a ¼th inch thick or less. About 50% was fat & grissle. It was cooked completely thru even though I ordered med. But there wasn’t much else that could be done a thin, tasteless piece of meat. The salad was bland & tasteless but actually the baked potato was actually average. The waitress seemed sincere when she delivered my entrée by saying «here is your medium KC Strip». Maybe she has never eaten in a real steakhouse. $ 17 for an average baked potato. Restaurant was about ¼ full. I saw the waitress once & the «steak» took about 25 minutes to deliver. Old, tired décor & an unfriendly person at the register made this a very forgettable place to have a meal.
