Fix Fonez Fast

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I had an issue with the battery in my iPad. We took it to Fix Fonez Fast because it was close to our home. While fixing the battery, they broke the screen. They did agree to repair the screen at no cost however, when I got it back there was an issue with the screen display. The screen does not fit properly therefore it will no longer read my finger and I am unable to use the iPad. After bringing this to their attention, we were told that they are not responsible for damages that occur when the device is under their control. I am no computer expert but I am pretty sure that the reason it no longer reads my finger is because the screen they used to fix their mistake does not fits. For someone who states they are «among the most qualified leaders in the area and has a friendly staff who can answer all our questions», they were not only below par for what they stated, they should not even be allowed to service customers as they are confused by what a qualified leader looks like and definitely do not understand what good customer service looks like. After much run around and horrible customer service, I am still unable to use my iPad. I find it interesting that the majority of the bad comments on here have a reply from the owner stating he tried to reach out to the person but they never answered or called back. I have never in my life dealt with a company that placed the blame back on a large majority of the customer they are supposedly there to serve. One or maybe two I can understand but this seems to be a trend for the company. I will definitely never use them again and hopefully I can get someone else to fix the screen and not be out a huge amount of additional money to repair something they damaged.

This is the best place to get a cell phone fixed. Friendly and great price! They fixed 2 phones for me and the best price I found in the area.

I wish I could give zero stars for this place. On May 7^th, my son called them to find out if they could replace the battery on mu Nexus 4 phone. They assured him that they could. I went in that afternoon, and was told that they would have to order the battery, but that it would be a few days. They then requested I pay half up front, which I had no problem with.
I called the following week, and still no battery. I called the week after that and still no battery. By week three I was beginning to get frustrated. I called again. This time I was told that they had been having a problem with their supplier. They apparently were sending their parts to a place in Irving, who would then return them to the supplier.
All in all, I made repeated calls to the place, always promised that someone would call me back, but no one ever did. Today is ⁶⁄₉ … still no battery, so I gave up. I’ll find another place who can do this. I suppose the ONLY positive in this experience is that they did not give me a hard time about refunding my money!

I bought the replacement screen parts for my phone but came across some rusted screws that would not budge so I decided to swing by this place since it was extremely close to my house. I first checked online but they didn’t have any pricing on their website but they did say screen repairs start at $ 49 so I thought it would be a pretty decent price just for them to disassemble and reassemble my phone since I have the replacement screens… but boy was I wrong. They charged me 39.99 plus tax for just their services! WOW! I don’t even know how much they would charge me if i didn’t have the replacement screens.
If you’re looking for a place to get your phone fixed fast and cheap I probably wouldn’t go here I did find a WAYY cheaper place in Addison (cell phone repair guys) that would also beat any competitors price but, again it’s my fault for not doing my research in a short period of time that i had (I just can’t live without my phone).
Fix Fonez Fast did fix my phone in about 30 minutes though so i give them an A+ for that, but price wise, I give them 1 star for charging 40 bucks. I got to say that’s a hell of an easy way to get 40 bucks.

Ran by here today to get my glass and lcd replaced for my Samsung Galaxy SIII. Was worried that they might not have the parts… But not only did they have the parts, Yasser (who helped me) was able to do the repair within 20 minutes. Yasser worked with me to find a price and solution that met my needs and then when I came back to retrieve my fixed phone, it had a complimentary case on it. Awesome, quick service, 10 out of 10 will come back when I inevitably ruin my screen again.
