Keith came out and patched up a leak in my a/​c unit. He took a lot of time to do the job right, and never once was pushy about trying to sell me a new unit. His twin brother Kevin even showed up to help out! I would absolutely use this company again. Their prices were extremely reasonable as well. When it comes time to buy a new unit, I would absolutely trust them to buy from them and have them do the install.

Second time we have used Dana Hilliard Air and Heat. Air went out yesterday in 100 degree weather. Called Hilliard and they were here by 10:00 am. Fixed and out in less than 45 minutes. Very fair and reasonable. I like to use Carrollton based businesses if possible and they never disappoint. Scott did a great job! Thanks Dana Hilliard Air!!! The absolute best!

Any AC issue I have with my house, I always call Dana. They are prompt, fast, and they always charge a reasonable house call fee. They are not going to convince you to do something that is not needed. They are honest and up front. I have tenants in my house and they make things easy for me by setting up the appointment with my tenant and just sending me the bill. I recommend them for any ac issue you may have!
