They no showed on our appointment. We called the night before and confirmed it again. I finally got them to answer and asked why the no show and they hung up on me immediately.

Do Not Use this company. I had requested help to move a 4-​bedroom help from Carrollton to Flowermound in mid-​June. I was sent 3 individuals who admittedly were not even experienced movers, and told me they had a different understanding of the job scope (a 4 room house, to load it only). After spending nearly 10 hours on the job, it was still not complete (plus I ended up with damaged furniture and appliances).
I had to quickly hire another moving company the next day. The other company (Trophy Moving) did a fabulous job and in under less than 2 hours completely moved one + story worth of furniture to my new house and also set up my furniture and appliances.
Even though we made the owner of Dallas Movin aware of this unsatisfactory outcome, he was not willing to make reparations.
