Best dealership I’ve ever been to. Bought a 2007 Lexus is250 from them 4 years ago. Traded it in for a 2011 rx350 from them last year and just upgraded to a 2012 Range Rover sport they had. Every car was more beautiful then the next and I will definitely be coming back. They get you the best price for your trade in and are always very reasonable on their sale prices. Thank you Hadi and Fadi, you run a great operation and great staff.

Here’s an update: the dealership finally called or financing company and received payment for the car we wanted. The whole process of buying this car took approximately 3 to 3 ½ weeks. We took possession of the car about 7 days after they received their money. We were told that the battery went dead and a foot/​computer module was broken and that they would replace it. This was found after the battery was dead. We began dealing with one of the owners instead of the «new guy» that we originally were dealing with.
To end an impossibly long story we dealt with one of the owners and a more experienced salesperson approximately half way through this process. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with the service we received once Hadi took control of the sale. He made sure that the car was fixed and safe for me to drive. We took the car to Classic BMW so they could program the new part that was installed by Hadi. While it was at BMW Hadi brought a brand new battery and had it installed because BMW couldn’t get the car programmed due to dead battery. So the reason for the frustration with this process I feel was due to a lack of experience on the part of the new sales person. So I recommend using the more experienced people there when purchasing a car.

I purchased my vehicle from Dallas Autos Direct, the young man who helped me was Bo Adams, he was very helpful during the whole buying process. This auto dealer will take good care of you as a customer. I highly recommend them if your in the market for a good used vehicle.
