Chick-fil-A

First time at this Chick-​fil-​a. Usually a favorite of mine anyway. This one was super crowded and the lines back up but I noticed employees outside helping customers with orders and payment. I’m thinking this is unusual and a special is going on but apparently is the norm. Everyone was super friendly and the service was fast. Even though it’s around 40 degrees outside. Definitely will be back!

Service is amazing! Food is always hot and fresh. I love how active they are in the community. I just wish they would expand because I feel sorry for the kids who have to work outside. But even for a longer than avg wait time, I’d still eat here

This has to be the best Chick-​fil-​A in the US. They are so fast and accurate! I go here three times a week and have only had my order wrong once in the past year! The only complaint I have is that they are always packed! But they still get you through the drive-​through really fast! Even on busy days the driver-​through usually only takes me about three minutes! The employees are also the best and I always see the owner helping out when ever he is needed! I own two businesses and if I were ever going to work for a restaurant I would come here!!!

Great Chick-​fil-​A except they always have people standing outside in the drive-​thru taking orders. It slows things down and sort of defeats the purpose of a drive-​thru, don’t you think?

This particular one always has friendly service and is good about getting food out in a timely manner. Good location. Needs more parking space.

Great food and they get you in and out. Don’t have anything bad to say. Love the food and the ladies at the drive thur were friendly and quick.

Reviewing a fast food restaurant on Unilocal other than to complain is a little redundant. You know what you’re going to get if you’ve been to a McDonalds or BK, you know? Well, the Carrollton Chick-​Fil-​A is the most popular one in GA (last I heard). It’s always busy, and my only complaint is not about the service or food, which is great, but about the rude people in town breaking in the drive thru line, or not paying attention when they’re driving through the parking lot. Realistically, there could be another CFA in town (there is one in UWG’s food court, but that doesn’t count), but there are renovations in progress to expand the restaurant as I type this.

One of the best! Our family dines here on regular basis and the service is always top notch. I don’t consider it in the same category as the other fast food restaurants in the area. The service itself is worth going to.

Carrollton Chick-​Fil-​A is the cleanest, friendliest fast food Resturant around. It is obvious the food is fresh and service is excellent by the high volume of customers that they are able to quickly serve. I was extremely impressed with their innovative idea of their staff standing in line at the drive thru holding a printed menu taking your order over a mobile home, confirming your order and giving you a total. It was amazing how quickly and acurately the process worked. The line was constantly moving. Way to go. Thoroughly impressed!

I’m having breakfast at Chic fil a this morning! I’ve shortened the name to «Chick» because we go there pretty often. My boys love, love, love the chicken mini’s which is a chicken nugget in a small, bite-​sized honey roll (YUM!). I like the chicken biscuit with pepper jack cheese.
The atmosphere is clean, positive and bright! The food is consistently good. The staff there have big smiles and really seem to love working there — which shows.
My whole experience speaks to the local owner/​operator, David Daniels and his management team. It also speaks to the company itself and it’s leader, Dan Cathy who represents the company well. Along with being a great place to eat, their business is founded on Biblical values that they live out and stand upon. I totally respect that and it shows with how they treat each customer who comes through the door.

This location is the best fast food I have ever been! The food is always made fresh and the place is always so neat. But the reason why I am writing a review for a fast food chain is not the food, but the SERVICE! Their service is ridiculously amazing! The staff are always happy although they are busy. I have came here thousands of time and never had a single bad service. I always wondered if the staff here is getting paid with gold because they are just so nice, friendly, and wonderful! This is the best fast food location ever! Unlike other fast food restaurants, you can tell their workers are pissed off or unsatisfied, irritated, disgusted, underpaid, rude people. But not here.
So, kudos to the management for keeping the staff so obviously happy. You can see it through their service!
Once, they forgot to put lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich, so I asked for it, and they totally gave me a new sandwich and told me to keep the other. Now, sometimes, restaurants will do this to be a jerk, but they were truly apologetic and all smiles when they did this. I was impressed, and yet embarrassed because all I wanted was lettuce and tomato on the side, and they totally went above my expectations.
The only thing that is keeping me from giving this place a 5 star is the fact that it is a fast food chain, and also, it is located by a high school so the kids come here all the time and they can tend to be loud and rowdy. But other than that, congrats chick-​fil-​A ! awesome service and you guys definitely set the bar high for other fast food place :)

David runs a top notch restaurant and this Chick-​Fil-​A has consistently been one of the top performers in Georgia. Clean, roomy dining, sharp employees and great food make this quick service restaurant a family favorite!
Now, if they’d just move that cramped indoor playground somewhere else. :o)
