LOVEIT! All of the menu items are tasty. The burgers are good with topping, chicken tenders are great for my lil’ one. Breakfast burritos are at the top of my list and I would go out of my way to get one. Great customer service here at the Trinity & Midway location always!!! Small inside seating, but it always works out, I’ve never had to wait for a table.

Just another fast food burger joint. Good burgers, but there are like 6 other burger joints within a stone’s throw, which are just as good.

Kinda like Perry Jones III… One and Done. Been here once… that was enough. Ordered the Guacamole burger… guacamole was flavorless, bacon was soggy and not cooked right. The burger was a dry fast food burger.

I had been to Carl’s Jr on the west coast and was excited to see them come to our town. Went today and ordered a «six dollar» combo. The service was friendly and attentive but the food was cold and tasteless. Sent the cold fries back and they were happy to replace them with hot ones. Good service is the reason for them getting a star. Burger was also cold but didn’t have the heart to send it back too. Hope this just a learning curve for the new staff but they do have the right attitude. May try them again in a month or two, but just maybe.

I’ve tried this joint over in the west coast for my first taste and to be honest I’ve had this bad first impression for the longest and after giving it a second try, my opinion has changed towards the opposite direction for the better. It all started as I were unraveling the Big carl burger from the wrap and my jaw dropped for some strange reason and I gazed at the sexiness of the burger and I fell in love. So, obviously what I had ordered was the big carl Jr combo and I had the fresh cut fries like the waffle style and those were good as well, however, afterwards I also tried the oreo shake and that was good too, so overall I think this place has a great hook and catch to throw for more options to satisfy a burger frenzy eater! The menu itself as I dazed at the board look very satisfying too, so I hope whoever wants a try, goes and tries it for themselves!

Being spoiled by in-n-out, shake shack, burger joint, angela’s, etc. doesnt help but the only thing I liked about this place was the service. They came up to me to make sure if everything was okay so many times, it made me wonder if I had to leave a tip at a fast food restaurant. The burger was way too salty, and the fries were sub-par. I think your typical natural-cut fries at Wendy’s, or curly fries at Arby’s scores much higher than what Carls Jr has to offer. But who am I kidding, I never liked CJ even when I lived in LA. Anyway, I decided to just wait in line with everyone else at the up and coming in n out. Seriously, if you’re looking for amazing burgers, try Burger-Street down the street. Now those were something definitely to write home about.

It’s good to see that Carl’s Jr. /Hardees is expanding into the DFW area. I went today to grab a burger here, and it was very good. If you are unfamiliar with Hardees /Carl’s Jr., they are known for their charbroiled burgers(not unlike Burger King.) I probably wouldn’t drive that far out of my way for Carl’s Jr., but they do make a tasty, fresh burger. The best way to describe their burgers would be to take the charbroiled patty from Burger King, and add the extra freshness of the greens.(Wendy’s seems to be pretty good about keeping their greens fresh.) They have a pretty good size soda fountain, and offer both sweet and unsweet tea. The staff was friendly and quick, and didn’t screw up my order. I would return.

I’ve only seen 1 other Carl’s Jr. in the area and that was al the way out in the sticks. I’ve heard of the name before, but only in passing, and was intrigued when I found out from a coworker that they closed down the Krystal’s and was going to replace it with a Carl’s Jr. We were just getting home from watching a movie in Plano and wanted a bite to eat, but we couldn’t dine in because we had to be home so instead we stopped by Carl’s Jr. and went through the drive-through. They have a decent selection of burgers, all of which can be ordered in a meal complete with a drink and fries in small, medium or large. I ordered their guacamole burger and my boyfriend ordered some jalapeño-covered concoction on a bun. The thing to note about Carl’s Jr. is their burgers are supposed to be char broiled. I’m not sure what that means – I’ve heard of Burger King and their«flame-broiled» burgers which emit a smokey flavor, and I just as easily assumed that«char broiled» meant kinda the same. It didn’t taste the same, however. In fact, it tasted like a regular burger. The patties are notably bigger than most hamburger patties though which made for a much more gigantic burger. We had their regular fries, which were very good – crispy and not at all cold like one reviewer said. And we live several blocks away. Overall I would say the food was good. I’m intrigued by some of the other items on the menu(fried zucchini, and one reviewer said malt shakes? I must try those someday soon). I’m not sure if I would purposely seek out a Carl’s Jr. just to have a burger, but I wouldn’t mind stopping by if it was convenient enough.
In the three months that I had lived in LA, instead of the endless rounds of Whataburgers and McDonald’s, you were swarmed with Carl’s Jr. and In-And-Out’s. Thrilled was the word to describe my feelings when i saw it there. I was slightly sad that Krystal Burger had to go to replace this though. Back to the point, I ordered the Big Carl Combo that included fries and a drink. The service was super great with the workers constantly giving you attentive service and checking around each table to see how we were doing. The wait time was fairly short and our meals came within five minutes of ordering it. For the taste, every Carl’s Jr. is the same where it’s so-so and sometimes good. It’s not something you would keep on coming back for, so taste wise I would give it three stars, but because of the spectacular service, four stars seem more justifiable for this location. For the price and quality, better off going to a restaurant/burger joint. You get more quantity and quality at a better price.

I think the charbroiled hamburgers there are much better then Burger King, the six dollar burger is one of my favorites .Have been waiting for a while for one to come close to me now its finally here. When In-n-Out opens next year I will never have to wonder where to get a burger from again as these are my two favs.

Congrats Loan for being the first to review Carl’s Jr! This burger joint is one of those chains that is popular in the Golden State(aka California) has been spreading out to middle America. It seems to me that has been the trend nowadays. Being one of these people, I can definitely appreciate that. After my appointment, I thought I’d stop by to get a quick bite to eat. I can never forget the big juicy burger and those thick fries. As I took a bite, the mayonnaise and ketchup was dripping out of my hand. But hey, there are moments when I want to enjoy a big juicy and sometimes greasy burger when I’m hungry for it.
