Love this store you will always fine great stuff and deals. The cashiers are always so friendly and super nice.

This Store is the worst for customer service!!! The people who work there are rude and unfriendly! This is based in more than one visit! I don’t know why I gave them another chance! Called the stores customer service line to report this!!! Hopefully corporate will set them straight and make things right for me! Please go to another store for a more pleasant experience!!!

I love this store because it is stand alone store. The only thing is if you don’t know it is there you will miss it. Store gas all the items you would find in the bigger stores and the staff are just as friendly and helpful.

I was given a shower gel as a gift. I used about ¹⁄₃ of the bottle, but just didn’t love the scent. I took it in to the store and they let me exchange it for a new bottle of my choice! So happy!!!

Yeah, I’m addicted to stuff that smells good. That is why I love this store! Body sprays, lotions, perfumes, soaps, candles, plug ins, room sprays… they’ve got it all! If you are a regular, they send AWESOME coupons in the mail as well. There are some smashing sales during the course of the year where I like to stock up on goods.
The only problem… storing all the stuff I horde. It drives Sugar Bear nuts! He just doesn’t get it. With our house renovations, all of the BBW stuff I have is out on display in the garage. He has officially banned me from buying more until I use what I have or purge. BBW does NOT make this any easier with all the new scents they constantly come out with to seduce me into buying more!
I’m down to my last few bottles of lotions and body sprays, so maybe I’ll be able to go back and BUY (instead of just check out scents) sometime during the summer if I use it all liberally!
