I am thoroughly disgusted with their customer service! I would recommend not signing with this location or the Josey location in Carrollton considering they are under the same ownership. I feel as though I got absolutely screwed by them! I signed a 12 month lease in April of 2014. Not realizing there is some recurring monthly bs if you don’t call to cancel after the year. I assumed that since I signed a lease that that’s when my $ 45 monthly charges would end! Apparently no one told me of this month to month bs so I’ve been charged monthly until now without using the facilities. When people’s SIGNED leases are about to be up they should contact them to inform them that if they don’t want to continue their monthly charges will stop, if not then they will charge them month to month. Of course they don’t do that cause they want your money no matter how skeezy they get it. Not only will they not reimburse me but they are ALSO charging me a $ 45 cancelation fee. UNBELEVABLE!!!

David, lacks customer service skills. Was condescending and rude to me. I came in the wrong entrance and instead of treating me like a customer, treated me as if I was trying to sneak into the gym. Everyone else at this location is friendly and polite.

I did the 14 day free trial. I was told as long as I come during office hours I will have gym access. On weekdays the office closes at 8:00 PM. I got there at 7:45 PM and there was no staff on site. The office room was closed with the lights turned off. I guess they don’t need my business.
Its an OK gym. Nothing special and definitely not the place you want to train if you’re an athlete. If you are just looking to stay in shape or get in a typical workout, this gym would be ideal.
The leg curl and leg press machines they have work limited parts of your quads and hamstrings. The only squat rack has cables attached to the bar. If two people are in the stretching/​core areas, it is pretty crowded. However I do like that there isn’t a wait to use equipment. The amount of people in the gym at any given time is very low. They also have a rowing machine and kettle bells. The sales people were really friendly and nice.

I love this gym it’s close to my house. It’s big enough for me to get what I need done and small enough were it feels like family when you in to get pumped. The owner is always willing to give pointers and teach you things about proper weight lifting. I also like that it has free wifi. I also like that all the cardiovascular machines have tv’s… and unlike other gyms I haven’t seen to much down time on machines that need to be fixed (like next day).

Rude manager. Horrible customer service. Doesn’t want to help out with issues. Unfortunately they put this guy in charge of the Josey location too.
