I’m planning to remodel two bathrooms and really wanted to use this Ferguson’s because it is close to where I live. However their customer service is horrible. I’ll gladly take my dollars elsewhere where the staff are helpful and not snooty.

We chose to purchase a new oven at Ferguson to support a local business rather than a big box store or a national chain. Big mistake! When our KitchenAid oven was installed it did not work. I called The sales person at Ferguson that we needed a replacement and explained that the oven did not work at all. He said that we had to work through KitchenAid directly and they would need to send a service person out to evaluate. It is now a week later and the service person said that they need to order a part that will take another week to arrive. Two weeks without an oven and Ferguson does not seem to care.
