Rite Aid

As a former Von, then former Haggans and now a Rite Aid customer I had to rate the store!
Rating is just for the pharmacy staff alone. Being shuffled around as a customer with the ownership changes to my local pharmacy was a little annoying but Rite Aid actually made the experience surprisingly nice… and I’m super critical when it comes to good customer service being in the industry.
This visit I was gearing up for all meds to go on my trip to a third world country and I had to visit this Rite Aid three times since my prescription wasn’t called in correctly. The pharmacy staff was unbelievably friendly, knew exactly who I was and what I wanted when I called to follow up. When my husband and I came into the store they knew exactly who we were even though we never met that clerk and we have never gone to the pharmacy together. Not sure if that’s a little bit of stalking or just amazing customer service, I took it as the latter.
Overall they went above and beyond to service us, apologize for waiting and even chatted with us to keep us entertained. Even the pharmacist took to time to chat with us about our trip and share his travels.

This location is always really dirty and messy. The pharmacists are always helpful and kind and always have my prescriptions when i go to pick them up. I think the store could be a little clean considering everytime I am shopping, the employees are just standing around…
