Topline Nails

This place has horrible service they have attitudes when you walk in and the lady who did my nails cut me and shaped my nails horribly. After several attempts to get her to fix it she still did a horrible job. This is my last straw with this place

My sister heard great things about this location so we decided to try it out and get full sets of acrylic on! Worse experience to date, my cuticles were cut on more than half my nails. My technician dug the grinder into my nails deep enough that there was bursing underneath my nails, each nail was uneven and I asked her if she would fix the problem and she just commented that she wasn’t done and didn’t even take the time to look at my concern, let alone fix it. I was curious a few days later so I took my polish off, I have never been as disappointed as I was when I saw the work. My index finger had a dramatically smaller amount of acrylic compared to the rest of my set. My right pointer finger had fungus growing under the nail! (I have had a full set for 6 years, and this is the FIRST time I ever encountered this problem) Worse experience ever, will not go back and very unhappy that they don’t require staff additional training, when needed!

I was happy with the work that was done — the staff was friendly and didn’t intimidate us by speaking to each other in another language and laughing the whole time (that really keeps me from coming back again, a la Lucy Nails just down the street)
Oddly, when it came time to pay I handed one of the staff my debit card, and she asked if I had cash or a check. I said that I did have a checkbook in my car, and on my way out the door to get it I noticed the Mastercard/​Visa stickers on the door. Being my first time there I thought maybe the place had changed hands and were no longer taking cards or whatever, I didn’t really give it much thought. It wasn’t until I came back in and the same woman told me to just write the check to Jennifer, and not Top Line, that I wondered what the heck that was about. I’m still not sure if that was on the up-​and-​up, but it was just odd enough that between that and their prices ($ 25 for a pedi), I probably won’t be back.

don’t waste your time or money!
they do less than mediocre work. i was overcharged for tips when i only got a fill, and my nails were done terribly. when i told them i was unhappy, they refused to issue me a refund.
any place that refuses to issue a refund to an extremely unhappy customer does not care about their customers!

This place is very clean and friendly staff. It is great for manis and/​or pedis. Also have had eyebrow waxing. All services are great. No need to make an appointment, even when they’re busy the wait isn’t too long.

Very pleased with the service I have received from Topline Nails. They are very professional and friendly. Décor of the salon is one of the best I’ve seen in a long time. Looks like I have found a new nail place… and if you are anything like me, that is not a statement that can come easily :) Def recommend!
