I was dumb enough to buy a bike from these guys on Ebay. I thought because they were a big dealership I could trust them. I bought a 2009 Yamaha 1100 Classic that their ad on Ebay described as «perfect and ready for the road». When the bike was delivered to me it had six holes in the fenders where the previous owner had installed and later removed three fender tips. It also had a dent in the fork. If I had sent it back I would have been out my shipping fee so I kept it. You can’t believe what they say on the web about their products. The guy who sold me the bike was named Tim.

Tim was a good salesman. No haggle and did not try to give me millions of numbers to mess up my head for a sale. I bought a used M109R from him — asked for a lower price and he gave me my deal. October right now and they are working on my bike. So far service is good to work with on the phone.

Great service at a reasonable price. I took my 2011 GSXR 600 in for the first 600 mile service. The part I appreciated most was that the mechanic took me back, showed me what was done, how he did it, and what I can do in the future if I chose to do the work myself.
I’m very picky when it comes to a shop working on my car/bike. I would trust Suzuki of Carol Stream to do any job correctly with integrity.

Disappointed! They installed a J&M cell phone module in my 1800 Goldwing and had to return it as water would leak in the connection so they sealed it with silicone per J&M recommendations. Tried not to drive it in the rain but eventually it rained and again the module did not work. Of course when I tried to have them check the unit out they wanted to charge me to do that. Okay it was a month out of warranty but all they needed to do is offer to look at it’s wiring and stand by their installation.

You can’t test ride the bikes unless you negotiate a deal and sign paperwork ahead of time. Of which they state they will not submit while you take 10 – 15 minutes to test the bike. So good luck if you were deciding between 2 – 3 bikes. You’ll be there all day.

These guys did a fantastic job! Tim got me a great deal on a Warrior Midnight, and John (one of the owners) put icing on the cake with a great deal on the winter storage. These guys take great care of their customers, and actually care about you being happy with whatever you purchase from them. Al is a riot and straight shooter. All the guys are very knowledgable and run a great shop here. Will probably continue to buy from here for a very long time. Cheers.
