Pack Ship & More

I have using this family-​owned business for my packaging and shipping needs for many years. Everything that I have ever shipped through them has arrived at its destination on time and undamaged. I get a tracking number printed out directly on my receipt — which I have actually never had to use. It is probably not as cheap as going directly through FedEx or USPS but I am willing to pay a small mark-​up for the personal service. I ship a lot to the same business — so I walk in, say this is going to «X» — the address is already in their computer, they pack it up, I get a receipt and walk out happy. It is so much more convenient than standing in line at the post office. Give them a try — you won’t be disappointed.

This place is a DUMP. We’ve been here 3 times:
1 — dropped off a package that was postage paid all set to go. Never arrived. Could be the post office or could be that this place looks like a bomb went off inside.
2– dropped off a package that was postage paid all set to go just wasn’t taped shut. She wouldn’t put a 12″ piece of tape unless I paid 40 cents. Ridic.
3 — shipped a 2 lb box Fedex. Definitely overcharged as I ran the numbers at
and can’t come up with that price unless my finger is on the scale.
It reeks like stale cigarettes, the proprietor is disheveled and has dirty stained clothing. There are stacks of papers and boxes and packing material strewn all over the floor in front of and behind the counter.
Clearly no one takes pride in running this business. Find another shipping place where they will appreciate your business and not have the look of «I hate life» on their face when you walk in the door.
