OAD Orthopaedic Rehabilitation

I had the «luxury» of going here for 3 months worth of physical therapy. The staff here is wonderful! This facility is very small and personal. I got to know everyone working there after my 3 month stint. 3 times a week for 3 months. Luckily it was during the NCAA tournament, so at least we had that to talk about.
My therapist was a very nice woman, but she was a slave driver. Unfortunately, that’s just what I needed so it worked out well. I was even doing exercises at home just to speed up my release.
They were great at scheduling me during times I could be there and very encouraging when I felt like a total wimp.
All is good now and I’m happy that I don’t have to go there anytime soon. But if I have another injury, that’s where I’m headed!
