Mike has done a wonderful job for us for several projects, including two complete bathroom updates, rec room, laundry room and home office. He has skilled professionals in all areas — tile, flooring, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, etc. Besides having the typical remodeling work done, I also had a couple of things that I wanted done that were «off the beaten path,» including a custom office that I wanted built in a small closet, a built-​in bookcase, and a decorative stone wall. He was able to advise us and give us good suggestions for these things, and they turned out fantastic. I get compliments on the stone wall all the time. Mike will really work hard to get things done if you have a deadline — he even had his team help us move boxes out of our living room so we could get our Christmas tree setup in time for the holiday. Highly recommended.

I have used Lotz Renovations for a number of projects at my mother’s home including a complete basement revamp, wall patching and painting, range hood installation and other similar work. Mike is always on time, within budget, cost conscious, willing to discuss the need and impact of work items, able to take on additional tasks at the last minute and did not send the bill until I was completely satisfied with the work he had completed.
