Gray’s is fantastic. They replaced my a/​c condenser so affordably, it’s unreal. Above all, the customer service is out of this world. They’ve gone above and beyond at every step in the process, from climbing over snow banks to get to my old unit, coming out on Saturdays, to moving my washer and dryer out of the way, coming back out for follow up services with no extra charge to me. I will use them for all of my HVAC needs and will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks Sam and Dan!
