Do not come to this place– the owner, Jeff is only interested in making money-​, he has no knowledge of what makes a customer happy and trying to keep customer loyalty. He even once told me that my daughter had to play softball, there was no way she could play baseball because «girls don’t play baseball». You’re much better served going to the Force Elite, where everyone with a love of the game can play.

My son has gone to this facility for years; never really had an issue until recently. I will never return or put money into this owners pocket. Had an issue with an event the DTA scheduled incorrectly; I called to find out what was going on and how they would rectify the situation. I was told by the owner «I made a mistake; deal with it! I am human.» Then proceeded to hang up on me.
This is not how you do business; learn customer service skills… as DTA is not the only facility in the area.

This is a great place to go for batting cages, camps, and instruction. The facility is clean, ample parking, and it is easy to find. If you are looking for a sports facility check this place out.

This place offers lots of sports camps for your kid as well as indoor baseball with batting cages! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with your kids. I’ve always felt like I’ve gotten my money’s worth when one of the boys went here.
The inside could use some major repair, although some improvements have been made. Parking is a MAJOR problem, there just aren’t enough spaces. Many parents have to watch little Johnny or Susie hit their balls (or just hang out for the hour or 2), so even picking up after you have dropped off can be problematical. If you decide to stay and watch, there aren’t many places to go or sit. You just have to stand around. Do NOT take a younger sibling there! They will be whining the whole time. There’s not even a place to put the portable DVD player! The voice of experience is speaking here.
So while the training is good, the whole transportation and watching is not. Fix that boys and I’ll give you more stars.
