I love coming to the Chuck Wagon for a late dinner and taking in the fascinating décor and excellent service. The owner is a very gracious and personable school-​trained chef. The menu items are creative and reflect an amazing attention to detail. I had the Belly Buster, which is a grilled jumbo and cheese sandwich. Each bite was better than the previous. I hope that the Chuck Wagon is around for years to come because it represents a neat slice of small town Americana that is certainly worth the stop.
Important Note – I was informed that the Chuck Wagon closed in July 2013. Apparently, the business is for sale, but the family still offers excellent catering and occasional «pick up only» offerings.
