I can’t say enough about Batis Certified Home Inspections! I was trying to schedule an inspection within a few days so I could quickly close on a house I wanted to purchase. When I called, Terry worked with me to accommodate my tight schedule with his busy one and we made it work. He arrived on-​time and was thorough and informative during the inspection. His turn-​around time for the completed inspection report was within 24-​hours. Having had home inspections done previously, I knew what to expect for the entire process. This experience with Batis Certified Home Inspections was comparable in quality to the big city companies I’ve dealt with before. However, there was one exception, Terry was much more informative and personable during the process. As a final result, I felt confident with purchasing the house and closed within 30-​days. Now I’m on my way to turning that house into a Home!
