They earned ZEROSTARS. At 7:52pm I ordered the pizza from RTP Marconi and Walnut Avenue. At 9PM I called to check on the status of my pizza. Apparently the person taking the phone order was new. Instead of correctly processing the order for delivery it was shown as a takeout. In either case the pizza wasn’t ready. They offered — due to their mistakes to deliver a new pizza for free. Shortly after 9:20 I finally got my pizza — a King Arthur with extra white sauce on thin crust. I’ve included photos of the completely burnt pizza. Can you guess what side is the top? Here’s a hint: There’s no white sauce. How it’s 9.30pm, they’re closed and have no intention of feeding us tonight. They«little girl voice» insisted she was the«DISTRICTMANAGER» tonight. Yet instead of handling this matter she puts this older guy on the phone. He insists there is nothing they will do tonight to correct their repeated mistakes tonight. But he’ll give me 25% off NEXTTIME. WHAT? First you say you’re apologizing by sending me a FREE pizza tonight but since that pizza was made wrong & it’s so burnt you can’t eat it — you now tell me you can’t give me 2FREE. How about just 1 properly made pizza delivered on time!
