Papa Murphy’s

I just went in and picked up two pizzas from this location. Extremely friendly and professional staff! They made our pizza to our special order specification. I would happily return to this location again in the future!!!

Always get great service from all of the staff regardless whether they are busy or not. Will keep coming back for the delicious pizzas

Gourmet veggie is delicious. Friendly and fast service. Can’t ask for more than that.

Doesn’t accept valid/​current coupons. Must not be a part of the «Participating Locations».

If you can’t even acknowledge my presence after I’ve been in the store for 5 minutes, you don’t deserve my business.
I’ve had other marginal experiences at this PMs, so this was the final straw for me.

Totally disrespectful. My best friend who’s handicapped went in there and they gave him the wrong pizza & they refused to give him the right pizza.
Me and my dudes go in there today we called two pizzas some girl came In behind us and ordered hers at the register and she got her pizzas first before us. There’s a blonde girl that works there that coughs all over the food.
Totally disrespectful. I do not recommend this place.

The customer service can use some improvement but the pizza always turns out great and what is expected. As a side not you should always call ahead waiting inside the store seems to take much longer.

Whoever took our phone-​in order was in a crappy mood. It’s food service, so I totally understand.

Called ahead, pizza wasn’t ready when I arrived. No biggie but slightly annoying. Seemed to be a lot of people waiting around. Not typical for Papa Murphy’s.
The pizzas were well made and delicious as always.

We called in our order about half an hour ahead of time, and, although the woman in front of me was complaining that hers had not been made on time, mine was. We got the large chicken and bacon stuffed pizza, and three Mini Murphs for the kids. All of the ingredients were fresh. We managed to burn the pizza a bit, but that’s probably just because my friend has a brand new house with a new oven that we had a bit of difficulty trying to figure out…
I would not recommend the Mini Murphs. Yeah, the idea of the kids being distracted for ten minutes while they assemble their own pizzas is nice, but kids think of pizza in terms of throwing it up into the air– which is what they all did, and none of us adults could get the dough back into very usable form. One of the girls pointed out that we would have been able to do so if we had one of those pizza spinners like they have at Costco. Then she pointed it out six more times. Kids…
In the future, I think it would be way more practical, not to mention cheaper, to just get a large half and half pizza or something for the kids.
This location was not as clean as the one I’m used to, but still pretty clean, and the employees were friendly-​ish, but possibly entirely spun out.

Came here because I receive some coupons in the mail for the opening of the new Fair Oaks location. The teenage employees were very cheerful and my pizza was made in less than 10 mins even though it was pretty packed inside. I believe the manager that ran the Marconi Ave location was here which kind of sucks because in the past I have clashed with her due to her making my pizza and not washing her hands after answering the phone and another time I bought a salad and she though it was acceptable to sell me a salad that has rotten lettuce at the bottom. But I will see what happens over time. Otherwise today was a good experience. This is in reference to the old Cold Stone location in loehmanns plaza

I never thought I’d crave take-​n-​bake pizza. In fact, last time I had Papa Murphy’s, I hated it. But that was years ago and I’m so glad I decided to give them another try.
So tasty. So affordable. So quick. And so much pizza! (The family size is ginormous and only $ 1 more than the large size.)
The Chicken Bacon Artichoke deLight is delicious and has probably the biggest artichoke hearts I’ve ever had on a pizza. Maybe I’m just lying to myself because I love it so much, but thanks to the thin crust and plentiful artichokes and spinach, I like to think it’s a pizza I can indulge in without feeling guilty.
The Chicken Bacon Stuffed is like a pizza inside a pizza. To me, it’s overkill. But to my husband, it’s heaven. Maybe it’s a guy thing. I liked stuffed crust, not stuffed pizza. And I like to really tasty the garlic sauce, which on this pizza, is pretty subtle.
The Cinnamon Wheel makes a tasty dessert and I love that they actually give you enough cream-​cheese frosting to slather the thing in. If you pick up your pizza later in the day, they offer this dessert for just a $ 1. At that price, I don’t have the willpower to resist.
