Dr Kazadi and staff are so great. Don’t let the name prejudge your Ob/​Gyn physician. She’s easy to understand, patient, down to earth & wonderful. She helps you understand exactly what the issue is and doesn’t make you feel like an idiot for not knowing medical terminology. I never have to wait long in the office for my appointment. Once you come in, you can set yourself so you can email your Mercy doctor (s) with questions/​concerns, when applicable.

I’m putting 4 stars because the hospital that her office is in is not the most modern or updated but not bad either, it’s so-​so. Also I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time until I was called, but I just kept myself busy so I was okay. I just hope the admin staff don’t make this a habit. Now onto the doc herself, she was great! Helpful, discussed things with me, answered my questions, pleasant and personable. Let’s face it ladies, no one likes to get a pap or a breast exam by some stranger, it’s pretty uncomfortable, but the doc made me feel like it was no big deal, and I felt so at ease with her and also felt she was very non-​judge mental like everything we discussed in her office was just the most natural thing in the world and nothing to be shocked or surprised about. I highly recommend this great lady as ur next obgyn! Oh one other thing, there was a female nurse in the room while I was being examed which I did not expect, but she had her back turned and was doing something else while the doc was examining me so I didn’t feel too weird about it. I’m not sure if this is protocol or if it was just a one time thing with me?

She is a wonderful doctor. Pays special attention, listens to comments and concerns, provides just wonderful customer service, and the office offers free baby products if you ask. :) I would see her for my second pregnancy if their office accepted my insurance. The front desk needs improvement and patients but the doctor is just wonderful.
