Mountain Mike’s Pizza

I usually don’t care for large franchises when it comes to pizza, but decided to stop by here since I was in the neighborhood. I thought the pizza was superb the salad bar was all fresh and has a lot of variety. I was very impressed, best pizza in town with great service definitely a place I recommend for some awesome pizza!

Ordered for delivery lastnight. I got a gluten free pizza and a another medium pizza specialty for my boyfriend and requested extra ranch. The gluten free pizza was 100% wrong besides GF an correct sauce. And no ranch. The driver had none? I felt bad i know its not the drivers fault so i call the lady an was super nice to her just asking what happened since it was her who took my order? What is upsetting to me is she does not know the menu. She told me they dont have Louisiana sausage so she just put on the regular kind on an forgot to write down all the other ingredients i requested. I looked it up because i have ordered from them 50+ times. They do in fact have 2 different kinds of sausages. I called her back to let her know they DO in fact have what i asked for. She was extremely rude an told me i needed to ask for LA hot sausage not Louisiana sausage thats how its in the computer an then hung up.
Probably wont order from this place again.

worst fucking customer service ever. completely fucking disguested by the light brown hair bitches attitude. couldnt find our online order, took twenty minutes to get our drinks, fucked up my order, forgot my dads gfs order twice, and was fucking over the top rude. never coming back. get your shit together and watch your employees or your ass is gonna get shut down by how fuck shitty your service is, completely fucking worst service of my life.

Asked for white sauce and got red sauce, also pizza was room temperature when delivered. I don’t recommend ordering from here.

Their food is great and prices, too. However, I have a limited lunch schedule, and they are SLOOOOOWWWWW! Today, we ordered the lunch buffet because of time. We waited ONE HOUR for them to put a pepperoni pizza on the buffet… a PEPPERONI PIZZA!!! That is just unacceptable. We tried to ask SEVERAL times, but there was no one behind the counter.
Also, they have «free wifi,» but the only way you can get the password is if you HAND YOU PHONE (electronic) over to them to put the password in for you. Ridiculous!!!

Young skinny brunette is obviously working her first job. My wife puts an order in online for a pizza and a green salad, nothing crazy. I show up to pick it up and it was ready (totally fine) she’s like, «you can pay for it right now if you like». I’m like okay great, she respond what do you want? I tell her, um to pay for the order we just talked about 2 seconds ago. She is like oh haha of course. 25 minutes later she comes up to me with the pizza and I had to ask about the salad. She then makes me make it myself. She obviously does not care about what she is doing nor is focused enough to do a simple job.

I really love this place. There food is so delicious and very good price. I always go here on 40 percent off Tuesdays so cheap. I would recommend you guys to try out this place.
As for their staff I went here last week there was a guy I think like 16 or 17 years old took my order very nice and friendly he asked me everything what I need and I think he’s a great employee as for the others they are also seemed super nice and friendly.

I order at least one pizza from here a week. The employees are nice. The pizza is great. Never had a problem with them. Will continue to order pizzas from them.

I really wish I didn’t have to give any stars at all! I used to love going here with my family. But tonight when I called to order for delivery the manager told me I couldn’t use my coupon for delivery. I bought a coupon card from Del Campo High School and have used it so many times for delivery pick up and dine in. I was about to tell them that I would just pick it up and he got all crazy with me. He was acting like a Punk teenager and not the manager. When I asked to talk to the owner because I wasn’t ok with the way he was talking to me he told me «I am the owner now what «I couldn’t believe it. he was saying thing like yo what do u want. I was so shocked!!! When I told him that I can’t believe that u the owner would talk to your customers like this he told me Ya we’ll get over it. Sad to say that I WILL NEVER go back to this location again. And I hope that lots of people see this post and choose not to support this Mountain Mike’s Pizza.

Went there tonight. The place smells kind of funky. maybe a mold issue?
The pizza is really good. Loaded with toppings, the large seems to have shrunk an inch or so. Price was OK with a cpn. Over half the tables were dirty, and left empty. Business was brisk, but there was down time when they could have been cleared. It was around 5:30, pm, only one guy sitting and watching football, no idea how long the tables were dirty.
Another group had to request they come and clear a dirty table so their very large party could all sit together.
Watch your change if you pay cash.
All in all, I try to frequent businesses in my community, but sorry, I will be trying a different Mt Mike’s next time. negative outweighed positive.

Love this place. Go here frequently for the lunch buffet! Since there isn’t that many people here during lunch, the pickings are slim but the manager is hella cool. He has pretty good customer service plus he asks if you want anything special whereas not all the employees will let you request a pizza.

My wife and I are slowly working our way through the Mountain Mike’s menu. We go on 40% off Tuesday’s — which is great. The Pizza is good and the service has been excellent. Go for the thin crust — it’s great. We have grown tried of the regular crust on most pizzas — too much bread and you feel «bogged» down quickly.

I am quite surprised by the average or below average rating on Unilocal,hence, why I am writing this review. I have had this pizza on several occasions now, and it has been consistently good: generous toppings, good crust – not too thin or thick and maintains crunch – very tasty all around. It was such a surprisingly good experience the first time, I have ordered from other Mountain Mike locations. The McKinley specialty pizza is especially tasty! This location runs a great special on Tuesdays. I mostly get take out but the dining area is average with a couple large TVs, booths, and big tables.

OMG, What has happened to your Pizza! We ordered a Medium, Pepperoni Pizza tonight 5÷15÷14 and when we got it, it was not only cold, and rubbery, but it was so full of Grease, I could have squeezed it out. I didn’t have to because it just oozed out all on its own. I am so dissatisfied I will never order from you again. You used to be our favorite, but not anymore. I have a Photo of all the Grease where can I send it?
The teenager that I spoke to this evening 5÷15÷14 was so unprofessional, and tried to tell me that there was no way the Pizza could have been cold, because it came right from the oven and delivered right to our house. That pizza was as hard, and as cold as could be! He then proceeded to tell me that the manager had gone for the evening, and there was nothing that could be done tonight. So now I’m left with a flat, cold Pizza, and he made sure to tell me that they do not give refunds. Well you’ve just lost my business, now, and ever. Mr. Manager, you should stick around and make sure you manage your employees!

I called in my order and was told 20 – 30 minutes. For a large pizza and wings. When I went to pick up my order the guy took his time to bring his ass out from the kitchen. Once he finally got to the front, he didn’t even smile. He had the look as if he was bored and didn’t need to be there.
Once I told him I was there for a pickup, he then took his time to get my order. Well I took my order and walked out but noticed that the ranch that I ordered was not in the box, so I had to walk back in and ask for it. He gave me an attitude. So I just took my Ranch and left.
The pizza want that great. It was cold ! And looked like a small/​medium sized pizza. Also the wings looked dry and old. I was very disappointed. Only because I have had great pizza and customer service from other Mt. Mikes pizzas. I probably won’t be returning again.

I love this place. I use to go to round table right down the street all the time. But I tried mountain mikes and now I am hooked. They use fresh ingredients and their sauce is the best.

I was browsing reviews for this location and noticed that a previous reviewer had a very negative experience with a man with grey hair and a handlebar mustach. I ate at this location a couple of times before the store closed. Both times I noticed a man with grey hair and a handlebar mustach who I thought looked like he was in his late 50s or early 60s always wearing an apron covered with powder. What struck me as odd was that he was always «lingering» around the counter talking to an employee or a customer. I wondered why he was always lingering around the counter if he’s the one who made the pizzas?
So anyway, I stopped by one day to use the restroom. As I walked through the front door, the old guy with the grey hair and handlebar mustach was sitting at the table in the dining room closest to the front door with two other people «lingering» once again. He got up and started walking toward the counter as I was trying to walk to the restroom. As he rudely cut in front of me, he came to an abrupt stop, blocking my path. In turn, I came to an abrupt stop and explained to him that I just needed to use the restroom. «Can I use the restroom?» He said yes and moved out of my path so I could continue toward the restroom. It was certainly the weirdest experience I’ve ever had as I walked through the front door of a business.
I can’t knock Mountain Mike’s for their products. If you want high quality at a reasonable price, Mountain Mike’s has all their competators beat. The buffet and 40% off Tuesdays beat everyone else hands down which is why I’m giving 3 stars. But I must say that the old guy with the grey hair and handlebar mustach really gave me the jeebies. EEEWWWWW!!!

I’m surprised at the bad reviews for this location. My fiancé and I noticed that the window for this store advertised a great selection for draft beer, so we decided to try it. The service was very friendly, the set up and seating is very comfortable. The quality of the food is very good. The pitcher of beer was served with icy mugs (nice touch). There are some video game arcades, and a large screen TV. What’s not to like? Great for a simple and cozy get together or cheap date.

Ive eaten here a couple times lately because they have that deal where on Tuesdays you get any large pizza 40% off. What really iritates me about this place is that first of all its not great pizza and they dont let you do substitutions. I wanted to get ham instead of ground beef on my combo pizza and the guy told me they cant do it because they dont have a button for it and he could only add the topping for me and charge me extra for it. WHAT?! Way to make your customers happy fucker! Then as im leaving i ask for a side of ranch and he tells me its 50 cents. plus tax! WHAT?! I should of given them a 1 star review because of their bullshit!

This location reopened over 3 months ago. The guy that worked the counter is rude, but the older gentleman was very polite and helpful. I must say since this place repoened the pizzas are so much better especially the quality.
