I have no problem with the various Mercy Imaging Center offices. I DO have a serious problem with their billing department. I have been fighting messes that they’ve created since Jan. 21, 2014. I had a hospital stay one night, their accounting department clearly doesn’t pay attention to their paperwork and keeps billing the incorrect insurance provider. Unbelievable! Now they’ve billed the wrong insurance again for a scan last July. I will do my best to NEVER go to a Mercy Imaging Center again or Dignity Health for that matter I’ve had the same problems with them(those have thankfully been settled after 14 months). I advise anyone to consider Sutter Health!!!

Staff is very friendly here, but the cleanliness leaves alot to be desired. I had to have an arm xray and the changing rooms, at first glance, looked clean, but in reality weren’t. The seats had some sort of sticky substance, so I changed to the next one over… it had it too! Gross! The waiting room itself was the same. spotted couch and carpet that looked like it hadn’t been professionally shampooed in a loonnnggg time. The Tech was really nice and I told him about what I found, he didn’t seem surprised, but said he would tell the front desk. Somehow, I have a feeling if I go back, the seats will still be sticky. Ewww…
