Michelle is wonderful and I cannot recommend her enough! Not only is she warm and welcoming, she makes you feel very comfortable during your session and has such a soothing voice. I tried hypnotherapy once before and felt uncomfortable and at a loss as to what I was suppose to do during my session. I conveyed this to Michelle during our intake and she made sure to give me clear direction, which allowed me to relax and fully surrender to the experience.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for several weeks now and I couldn’t be more pleased with her work. Didn’t really know how well hypnosis works and how well it could make me feel! I feel like a new person who is now free to live and enjoy my life, husband, daughter and my current pregnancy. She’s got the most soothing personality! Just entering her office makes you feel that everything is going to be all right!!!

I chose to visit Michelle to prepare for the birth of my second child. I was experiencing insomnia and anxiety, and I had some fears related to the c-​section of my first child. Michelle developed a plan and timeline for visits. I started experiencing relief from the insomnia and anxiety after just a couple of sessions with Michelle, and these positive results compounded with each following visit! Results were quick, and I feel ready for baby number two.
I can’t thank Michelle enough for helping me deal with and move beyond my fears and anxiety. I recommend her often and will continue to do so!
