I really wish that I had researched Aaron’s before renting from them. Unfortunately, I didn’t. I bought a bed from them late 2013 and paid it off within the time span to get same as cash. By the way, the one on the floor was pillow top, the one I recieved was not. A few months later a reviewed the paper work and found out I had paid almost 1000 for a USEDBED. I vowed after that not to buy from them again even though there was some more stuff I wanted to get. Today, my bed was very wobbly so I took off the mattress and box spring to find out my bed is being held together by a zip tie, two bolts/nuts, and one long bolt with no nut. After being put on hold and disconnected to the man I was talking to, he told me they would give me screws for ME to fix it? Not so much as an apology for the janky work. Or explanation when I asked several times why this was an ok for me to pay so much money for a used bed, and to be put together like it came from a dumpster. He basically told me it was my fault for calling within 60 days, WHOTAKESTHEREBEDAPARTWITHIN60DAYSOFBUYINGIT? In reality the only time we take our bed apart is to move it or if something’s wrong, this isn’t something any normal person does regularly. I will never return here. Customer service sucks almost as much as the quality of the items. I will go buy my own screws rather than deal with these people again. I suggest to anyone who chooses to shop here do a few things 1: ask if the item their buying is new or used(therefor you can see if their price is worth a possibly used item) 2: once u get that item flip that thing every which direction to make sure it is complete and installed correctly. I leased a couch and loveseat from this store. It was used and not perfect in the store. But the set in the store on display was not the set that they delivered. The set in the store was firm and clean. The set delivered was encrusted with chewing gum all through the fringe around the pillows. When you sit the springs are so worn you sink about 6 inches(really bad for my damaged hip). There is a spring sticking out of the bottom of the couch, there are areas that look wet even completely dry, there are peeling parts in the leather arms, and it smells of the kind of disinfectant that you find in hospitals(just starting to fade out after three months). I rented from a store in OR and got a fantastic washer and dryer with no issues and they picked it up as soon as I was moving, only 3 months into the lease. This store has signs up all over that say you can return at any time. I requested a pick up because of the condition of the furniture and was told that the NEW policy says I have to keep it for six months before I can return it. I would say avoid this location of Aarons. The workers are not helpful, they do not keep the policies you signed up with, and the products are not what you are expecting or ordered.

I recently moved to Sac and was in need of a decent washer and dryer. After scouring craigslist for quite a while, I realized that the selection of really good appliances that would one be delivered and two preferably with some sort of warranty were few and far between. I called Aaron’s and talked with Rudy who was extremely helpful. He told me all of my options in regards to size, capability and prices of the different sets available. When I went in to check everything out, He not only showed me the set I had decided to rent, he also showed me a used pair that were pretty much the same but had a few dings(not an issue for me) AND were $ 20 cheaper per month. When the delivery guys came, they were very polite and friendly. They set everything up and made sure they were in working order. One thing that really stood out to me was the level of care they took maneuvering the doorways and walls. They didn’t even come close to scraping or the walls or doorways and it was a very tight fit into the laundry room! Oh and they actually arrived within the delivery window promised with an hour to spare. Being in the customer service industry, I’m really tough when it comes to the customer service I receive. Aaron’s on Manzanita excelled my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
