I’m so sad!!! Have been to Wolfie’s several times and ALWAYS enjoyed the food. But, the menu had been changed and we did not like the changes. My husband had a tenderloin that was too dry to eat. And the quesadilla now has corn and beans instead of peppers and onions. Sadly, we won’t be back.

Lots of drink options and screens if you want to watch sports but unfortunately they were understaffed for the patrons who wanted dinner this evening(12⁄20). The neighboring table left because no one came by after they were sitting there for a while. I would say, if you want good pretzel breadsticks, go to Scotty’s. Wolfie’s were microwaved/soggy/slightly shriveled. If you want wings, go to B-Ws. My boys are wing connoisseurs and they thought Wolfie’s mild and bbq wings were over-cooked and under-sauced. Our waitress was run ragged but she did a good job under the circumstances.

Wolfies is a fairly large restaurant, comfortable, family friendly with good food and friendly service. Great place to watch any of the games with flat screens everywhere. Lodge atmosphere with river rock stone fireplaces, warm brown rough cut pine planks and forest green trim. You’ll find approximately 204-top tables with booth seating on outer perimeter of the dining area. The bar area is quite large with first come seating plus an abundance of 2-top tables. The actual bar has a lot of seating but was full when we were there. There is adequate table spacing even if the area is at capacity. The Den Room is on your right as you enter the restaurant with several leather sofas and chairs, few 4-top tables on both sides of a large river rock fireplace with a comfortable, almost intimate, atmosphere. The Den Room can be reserved for parties, celebration or whatever reason 30 of your closest friends need a spot. The rental fee is $ 50 with a minimum of $ 300 tab Sun through Thurs and $ 500 minimum tab on Friday and Saturdays. Max capacity is 30 comfortably or tight fit with 50. You will have your own personal server in the Den Room with reservations. If the room isn’t reserved patrons can use anytime. The menu has the standard pub food with appetizers, salads, sandwiches and dinner entrees. Everything is reasonably priced, kids menu offered with something for most anyone. The panko breaded tenderloin($ 8.99) was very tender but desperately needed seasoning and the panko crumbs were greasy. Served with average French fries which IMO required additional seasoned salt? Glad we tried but we wouldn’t order again unless trying grilled. The Homemade Chicken Salad Quesadillas($ 8.99) has red grapes, celery, mixed spices, fresh dill, all white chicken meat blended together then grilled in a provolone filled white tortilla and served w/tortilla chips & salsa. All-in-all tasty but I was searching for a grilled chicken salad sandwich I use to order at 71st and 465 with same concept just not same flavors. Onion rings or fries can be substituted for an additional upcharge. We really enjoyed the onion rings. The service was fast, friendly and super nice about answering questions. We wouldn’t hesitate to visit again, especially on a game day, or to rent the Den Room.

Great place to catch a game, but also a place you can bring the family. The Buffalo Chicken Wrap is awesome and so is the Mac and Cheese. If you’re lucky, you can catch zombie dust on tap!

A friend and I stopped in for lunch the other day. Great atmosphere and our server Dawn? was very friendly and bubbly. She recommended the pecan crusted chicken salad which I loved! My friend had the fish an fries and we both had a couple of mixed drinks to our liking. I would not hesitate to recommend to first time goers as the server was really helpful with our selections! We will definitely be back.

Poor Poor Poor Went today for lunch and our waitress forgot to put in my lunch order. So when the food came out it took a while before she noticed I had no plate in front of me. I assumed it was on its way so I didn’t say anything. She rudely asked«well what did you order» and I responded with the Alpine Salad. She left and came back a few minutes later and said she forgot to put my order in. When she brought my food she said she would pay for half of my lunch… then as she was walking away she said she would have to go find five dollars. I thought that was strange… After lunch she brought our tickets and sure enough she had put $ 5 of her own money in my ticket holder… I was very unpleased with my service and most likely won’t be back

Even though it’s hard to find, well worth the visit. Came in with a friend after the Colts game to watch some more football and was not disappointed. Service was great, Annie was our sever and she was very attentive, prompt and personable without being too over bearing. Friend got ribs which were very tender and would come back just for those. Food overall was great, I was recommended the wolfies style wings, which were good size of wings, juicy not spicy but a lot of great flavor to them. One day I’ll figure out how to perfect the rub because it is amazing. Highly recommend a stop by wolfies, a gem off of the beaten path.

Excellent service. Food on point. We tried the salmon which was grilled perfectly, the Baja burger which had a ton of flavor, and the shaker salad which is served up like a martini.

Do not go here if you want any kind of service. Sunday on Memorial Day at 11 they close w over 100 people in the restaurant walking from a couple thousand of revenue. To top it off manager is confrontational when asked for service. This place is a joke. I have a family rule to never go to this place due to poor service but about every six months I try it and the service is always the same poor quality. Sister in law asked for managers name and he refuses to say anything other than«Bob». If not for location they would be out of business

The service wasn’t good at all and it wasn’t crowded at all. Waitress looked like she would rather be anywhere else. Slow bringing extra napkins and a soft drink. I had a burger that was just ok. The fries didn’t have much flavor. The had to be frozen but that’s usually not a problem. My husband had fish & fries. He felt the same about the fries and he said he’s had much better fish. He left 2 whole pieces. Won’t recommend and won’t return. Very disappointing we were hoping we could add this to the list of restaurants we would like to frequent.

The fishers location has watered down drinks. We had to ask for an additional single shot in our long islands which cost us 7 dollars! They skimp on the long islands and mixed drinks. Food is fine but dont go here expecting good drinks!

The young girls that made up the waitstaff were unfriendly. Annoyed is the best word for it. Food was good, except the buffalo chicken wrap had no buffalo sauce on it… I guess the kitchen forgot to put it on.

I went to Wolfie’s in Carmel today for lunch. It was my first time there, and I was very pleased. I only got the pretzel breadsticks with cheese sauce, but they were very good. The service was excellent. The service was quick, constant, and the server brought out the bill after the food was served so we could get back to work as soon as we finished our meals. I am giving it five stars because of the good service, and the other people at my table really enjoyed their meals!

Why can’t I live closer to this place? Amazing beer selection and the general manager knows his beer. Great food too. I had the Hunter’s Club Wrap and it was very flavorful. Friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and they promote beer dinners! They love craft beer here. A must stop for those who love great beer and tasty food! Will come back again and again.

I’ve only been here once but it was a great experience. There is a side room that is perfect for a get-together. It has a few tables and chairs for dining, plus a tv and couches by a fake fireplace. I was very impressed. Our server was super friendly. Best of all, this place had Zombie Dust on tap! It’s one of the best beers on BeerAdvocate, and it was delicious. Good for large parties, great for small ones too. I’m glad this place is here, and based on how difficult it was to find a parking spot, it seems to be doing very well. Once the new Brewflix brewery/theater is right next door, Wolfie’s will be PERFECT for dinner before going to a movie or a place to have another drink once the movie is over.

A high 3 star, could get closer to 4 with a bit more creativity in food. Family owned, kid-friendly with old-fashioned charm. Talkative, friendly and fast service. My Fish and Fries, as well as wraps and sandwiches ordered by the rest of the company were in stride with the first impression — solid and a bit old-fashioned. No flights of gastronomical fancy, but satisfying. Our«family hours» prevented us from seeing the band that was setting up on the permanent stage — a sign of regular live music events. We also got a glimpse of a private room with a fire place.

I’ve been to several of the Wolfies around Indy and they are all about the same. Above average but nothing i’ll crave when thinking about bar food. This Wolfies does have excellent service and typically has good beers on tap. The wait staff is friendly and provides good recommendations on portion size and food. Band selection on the weekends is also a draw to this particular location because our favorite cover band My Yellow Rickshaw often frequents there. Theres a nice size stage at the front of the restaurant and room for dancing if that gets your party going. Would love to see Wolfies step out of the box and try something different or to offer a great happy hour deal, since my office is pretty close. Your move Wolfies.

Meeeeeh. Wolfies Grill just kind of feels average for me. I have been to this location in particular a handful of times. They have my favorite cover band play, so that is always nice, but the service is mediocre and the food is good but nothing fantastic. This past time we waited a long time to order because our server was chatting in the corner. And the water I had tasted like straight up bleach… it was horrible. The food came out quickly and was hot. They have a great $ 5 appetizer happy hour special so we tried majority of the apps. They were fine. I jsut wish the service had been a little better.

Wolfies has everything I want to like. Nice location, nicely appointed, and locally owned. I arrived expecting to really enjoy my experience here. Instead, I was… underwhelmed. Seriously. The décor is fantastic… warm and inviting. We arrived about 530PM, prime dinner time, and expected to wait, no big deal. Instead, the restaurant was darn near empty. We got a seat immediately, and noticed there were 3 or 4 folks at the bar, but that was it. No other tables with customers. Our server was pleasant and friendly. I ordered the breaded tenderloin sandwich, and it was just average. They advertise it as hand breaded, and I’m certain it was, but there was nothing about breading or the meat that stood out. I’ve had frozen fritters that were just about as good. I WILL say that the homemade chips were outstanding. My wife, Holly, chose a fish wrap. She said it, too, was OK… but there wasn’t much fish on it. Mostly veggies and wrap. For her side, she chose chips and salsa, and the salsa appeared to be straight out of a jar. After a so so meal, the server told us they had blackberry cobbler. Now, HERE was something to get excited about. Eh…not so much. Small portion, and pretty tastless. I’m glad we split an order, because it was 6 bucks(!). Certainly not worth the money. Once we had finished our dessert, our server brought us our check… and then disappeared. We waited. and waited, and waited some more. FINALLY she re-appeared and took care of us. As I said, it was an underwhelming experience. I believe I will give them one more try in the future, because I really DO want to like this place.

Oh, Wolfies… how we wanted to like you. Really, REALLY like you — even LOVE you! But alas… it wasn’t meant to be. Wolfies has all the right components to be a superb neighborhood pub — great décor, pleasant atmosphere, outdoor seating, locally owned and operated… but that’s where it ends. Why do you go to a restaurant? For the food. And the food here seriously missed the mark. It was all average. Some of it was below average. None of it was exceptional. The service was okay for the most part, but I feel like we got lost in the shuffle at the end of our meal. And there weren’t that many people there! What would’ve happend if they were slammed?! I shudder to think. There are other places to go closer to home that have stellar food and perfectly adequate atmosphere. I’m going to frequent those establishments. Would I return to Wolfies? Sure… I’d give them another chance. But I won’t be rushing to get back there.
