From the moment we walked in, there’s been an employee (or two) cleaning the counters, tidying up, making sure things are clean! Plus, we LOVE the music they are playing! Sitting here, enjoying our frosties, and listening to great music!

Drive-thru consistently gets order incorrect. Food is marginal, unless it’s made fresh during slower late hours. Staff seems to run gambit between friendly yet slow to just plain rude. Sorry to say this is the better choice of local Wendy’s in the N Michigan Road area.

Unfriendly staff. We had to sit and wait while the goofed off. Got food was luke warm fries were recooked ans sandwich was dry and burnt. Don’t waste your time coming here to eat.

Poor service, consistently. Only go there because my daughter really likes Wendy’s drive through, but they constantly screw up drive through orders. Employees need to have enough common sense to repeat orders back to customers when display screen is out, but they are too stupid or lazy to figure this out.

It amazes me how this place can never get my order right. The receipt even correctly shows my order. AND they confirm it to me when I order it. Like this time. I got a spicy chicken sandwich add onion, small chili add cheese&onion and spicy nuggets with ranch. I got no onion, no chili and no ranch! Wtf!!! When I asked for my chili, they didn’t add the cheese and onion. And no straw for my drink, which they hardly ever give you. Seriously every time I go, they don’t have my stuff right. I’ve worked in fast food, it’s really not hard. I understand mistakes happen, but every time??? I keep going there bc it’s the only one in the area and Wendy’s is f*cking delicious.

I’ve been here several times. My order is almost always wrong. The most recent occurrence was when I ordered a spicy chicken and received a plain hamburger. Just meat and bread.

I saw the commercials touting Wendy’s new burgers (new meat, pickles, buttered bun, etc.) and decided I had to try it.
Blegh. What a disappointment. Tasted exactly the same as the old burger.
