I have been going here for about 1.5 years but will not be going back. They no longer clean their tools, and their quality has really deteriorated. The gel mani I had two weeks ago started peeling off within 2 days — the entire nail peeled completely off. I went back and asked for it to be redone and they tried to charge me full price. I asked to speak to a mgr and was told the mgr never comes in. I called back a few days later and was told the same thing. Now the gel mani I had redone last Sunday needs to be redone less than a week later. I’ve talked to several over women who have had similar experiences — save yourself some aggravation and money and go somewhere else.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this salon and do not recommend it. Even though the technician I ended up with seemed to understand English, she did not understand/​listen to my requests. I asked to keep the length on my fingernails and she completely cut and filed them down as low as possible. I have no clue why, but she also filed the top of my nails completely down to the point that several nails hurt. I asked for a neutral color such as OPI’s «Bubblebath», & she proceeded to give me a pink & white or french manicure even though I insisted several times that’s not what I wanted. Additionally, I did not see anyone clean the pedicure bath after me but noticed someone else having a pedicure as soon as I moved to the manicure station. While I had hoped to find a great nail salon closer to home, I have learned my lesson and will continue to visit my favorite salon in Fishers. AVOID this salon at all costs!!!

If you’re looking for a cheap place to get your nails done, this is it. I paid $ 16 for a manicure. That being said, you get what you pay for here. My polish started to chip on almost every nail the next day, the guy who did my nails didn’t seem to be paying attention. My experience was okay, not the best but not the worst.

Great service, very friendly! Went with my friend and our daughters and it was great! So nice to find a good spa that’s also kid friendly! Plus our nails look fabulous! They took their time, even though they were busy so everyone was working efficiently and they didn’t rush us out. Overall I highly recommend this place!

Very good service and I have always gotten compliments on my nails. They are wonderful at what they do! They were able to recreate a photo I found on Pinterest on my own nails. It’s a little on the pricey side for me, but well worth it.
