After giving up on Sport clips, the owner finally called, and apologized for the issue I had. I did get coupons for two free cuts, though to date I have only gone back once.
I will be giving them another chance, since he seemed very sincere.
Update, they have been much better since the issue. All good!

Boston, MA
Went in to get a haircut today — told me it would be about 20 – 25 minutes max since they had 5 people working. 50 minutes later they called a guy who had walked in way after I did back for a haircut. Checked the list and found out they had cancelled my name off the list and that the next several after mine had already had their names crossed off and were getting their hair cut. EPIC FAIL.
