I am utterly shocked by how unwelcoming they are to certain dog breeds. I walk in to open the door with my pitbull(who is friendly and goes dog daycare). They had a poodle off leash walking in the store, Rocky. They were yelling at their dog to getaway from us. I am definitely not coming back to a store that will judge my dog. I would give 0 stars if I could. After I stepped out, my friend overheard them continue to bad mouth me. That is no way to treat a patron coming into your store.

A beautiful antiques shop in the heart of quaint Carmel. Well worth the stop, even just to ogle the magnificent inventory. Their specialty is lighting, evident by the many gorgeous early 1900’s lamps and ceiling fixtures, but it only begins there. A large collection of swords as well as furniture, china, sculpture and fine art. This truly is an antique store as almost everything is 100 or more years old. The best thing about this place is the staff is very relaxed and personable including their sweet dog Rocket who will greet you upon entering. The prices reflect the value of the high end antiques market and did not seem out of line and in fact very reasonable compared to big city antiques shops. Well worth the trip to Carmel, bring your dog, walk on the beach eat at one of the many wonderful restaurants just a few feet away and stop by this shop. You will have had a lovely day of it in Carmel.

Large and lovely antique store, tucked away in a more remote corner of Carmel. You are greeted with warm luminous light from many chandeliers as you enter(check out the pic!), and like many other antique shops, the store is very deep with twists and turns, and treasures to be found around every corner. The store appears to be more high end, focusing on gorgeous art pieces more than some of the standard knick-knacks, and the prices reflect that. But hey its Carmel, so everything is classy. If you have the wallet and the house to accomodate grand items, you will love it here!
