My wife saw a photograph of a home for sale in Carol’s window. I was attending a conference, so she asked Carol if she could see it. Carol drove her immediately to the house and my wife fell in love with it, insisted Carol arrange for me to see it late afternoon. The next day, we made an offer, it was accepted with contingencies. We had to scramble to sell our existing home in time to close. Meanwhile Carol worked closely with the selling agent, the title company, my lender to handle all the paperwork (uses Docusign).
