Caution: I did not end up ordering from them. This review is strictly based on a phone call to their establishment.
I had called to see their pricing on a few dozen roses for mothers day to only get laughed off as a woman had already ordered their mothers day shipment and told bye as there was another caller on the line. For a local florist, I expected a more friendly and inviting tone when this business is largely based on customer relations. Even the larger scale florists seem much more interested in getting my business. Would not recommend.

Thank you, Suzanne for commenting on this. Perhaps you do not recall receiving a call from me as you responded to my review almost a year after I sent the call. I can’t recall who I called approx 1 year ago either though. Nevertheless, thank you for never directly speaking to me in the comment. Rather, you seem more preoccupied with telling the world how you are right and not fixing what occurred between us Mothers Day weekend 2015. Damage control? Unilocal reviews are seldom manipulated, due to their complex algorithms. Your website’s reviews? Who knows? Again, I appreciate you attempting to fix your credibility through this comment, yet the problem was never fixed.

Searched online for a few different florists that would deliver to St. Vincent’s Hospital. It was nice to find a local florist and not an internet florist that you could actually speak to. Suzanne was able to get the flowers over to the hospital within 6 hours of me placing the order and at only $ 9 for delivery!
My friend and his wife called me immediately after to say thank you and that they were beautiful. I definitely recommend you call her anytime you need flowers. Her prices were comparable to that of the online florists. The perk of going with her is that she puts the time and effort into the arrangement that rarely is shown by others, especially those online.

The pink rose bouquet I received was drastically different and inferior quality to the bouquet pictured online. Even after a specific message and follow-​up call after submitting my Valentines Day order, the whitish roses that my wife received were exactly the type that I said I did not want and the remainder of the arrangement was packed with cheaper filler non-​roses and greens, which were nowhere pictured online. Also, the roses were very mature and started wilting the next day. Moreover, the overall style was traditional and sympathy style, which was the polar oppose of the contemporary style bouquet that I requested. In an attempt to let the florist correct the situation, I even sent a follow-​up email, but the florist never even responded. Unless you want your recipient to feel like they are your grandmother, at a hospital, or at a funeral, I highly suggest avoiding this florist.
