Employees failed to greet me or make me feel welcome when I came through the door(and there were no other customers around)…awkward! In addition, they refused to honor a perfectly legitimate coupon I had obtained from«RetailMeNot» — very disappointing. Ham was wonderful as always; hence, the one star. I agree with a previous poster’s advice to skip the side dishes, as they are nothing to write home about. A side of customer service might’ve been nice, though, especially since I’d driven out of my way to pick up my order. But I guess that’s too much to ask in this day and age. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location.

Terrible customer service. When your buying a half of a ham for $ 70, and this location won’t accept coupons because«they’re a franchise location and not a corporate store». That $ 5 will guarantee that I won’t be back, and only completed this purchase due to time constraints. Merry Christmas Honey Baked Ham and franchise owner!

Disappointing experience, while open during renovations, there were no menus posted, a dirty restroom, and a very rude young lady making sandwiches. We will not be going back any time soon.

Ordered our xmas ham online. My husband picked it up and we used the $ 5 online coupon. The wait was about 10 mins for pick up. Ham was perfect and everyone raved about it. Skip the sides. Very expensive, small and not that tasty.
