My last mattress was over ten years old and cheap so I decided it was time to upgrade so I would get a better night’s sleep. Bought a Holder mattress from the Carmel store at the recommendation of a nurse I know. Worst. Purchase. Ever.
My mattress isn’t even a year old and I am sleeping on the couch to escape it. I wake up with back pain every day when I sleep on that torture device. When I’m lying in bed I can actually tell I’m not flat, that I’m being tilted toward the center of the bed. They have a return policy that is too short to be helpful. Bed felt great in the store but it’s turned into an expensive (and very painful) mistake. And yes, I’ve flipped the bed and rotated it plenty of times to no avail. My New Year’s resolution is to call the company and complain — and to find another mattress!

I have had nothing but positive experiences while shopping at Holder Mattress Company. We have a Queen Size Mattress, a dog Mattress, and several home accessories all have been of the highest quality!
