GREAT costomer service!!! I bought an adorable outfit and when I went home to look at it again realized I had the wrong size jacket. I called the store and Katie who had helped me offered to bring it to me to make the switch! Because I was with a group of women for the weekend I excpeted her offer. She came to Roy’s in Pebble Beach where we were having dinner after her shift to give me the correct size. Now that’s the way to run a business! Not only is the merchandise adorable but fantastic employees. Thank you so much Katie I really appreciated what you did for me! I will buy all my baby/​kids gifts from here from now on.

Wow, huge selection and in diverse age range too. The Italian imports are superb and shoe selection is vast. This is high end so don’t think it’s bargain shopping — great place to bring grandma and grandpa
