Eric Goren, MFT

If there were more stars to give, my fiancé and I would gladly give them to Eric. We needed to go to therapy as a requirement of «marriage preparation» for our church, so we decided to go see Eric. We anticipated the one time «check in the box», but ended up seeing Eric several times as we thoroughly enjoyed the sessions (unfortunately, we had to move across country… hence the reason why we only saw him several times).
It wasn’t that we had any enormous problems in our relationship, but Eric gave us some invaluable tools to both prevent future problems and strength our existing relationship. He is such an amazing therapist! We thought our relationship was good before the sessions… but now feel as if it’s great… and the only thing that has changed is our time with Eric. We can’t say thank you enough!

Eric is wonderful. He seems genuinely interested in helping people. He is not passive like a lot of therapists, thank God. He has helped my boyfriend make many changes and get to the root of his problems. We now have an amazing relationship, and I know we wouldn’t be where we are today without Eric. He is a very direct, friendly, dedicated therapist. I’m so glad we chose him.

Best MFT we have seen. Eric is direct, caring, thorough, very intelligent and provides actual take-​home tools (sounds obvious, but neither of the other two previous therapists provided tools for us to be able to manage well on our own). Our relationship has improved dramatically through just a handful of sessions with Eric. I highly recommend him.
