I miss the excellent 96th Street location. The employees there were super enthusiastic and it was a pleasure to grab a quick lunch there. A lot of customers were very unhappy when it closed.
This location has definite customer service issues. I just ordered a herbivore bagel topper to go, and after I drove away I discovered it was loaded with meat. Problem: I am vegetarian. So I turned my car around and headed back to get a replacement sandwich.
My replacement bagel topper was properly made, and the cashier gave me a card for a free sandwich for my next visit. Employees were apologetic and said they hoped I would return. I will.
Sigh. I still miss the 96th Street location. But I will be back because I am fairly addicted to these bagels.

Einstein is usually a great place for a bagel and coffee. However this location is ridiculously mismanaged. The drive thru is slower than anything I’ve ever witnessed. 25 minutes for a bagel!
This place is terrible. Better off going to the Egg and I across the street.

I feel like I could just copy and past my Chipotle review and like I said in that one that’s a good thing. You know what to expect going in and you usually get what you want from your meal. Quality is always solid and service is good with a decent price.

My dad visits this location every day and whenever I visit with him we are greeted by name from staff. Everyone is super friendly and the bagels are awesome! The coffee is always fresh. Mike (manager) is very on hand and always there greeting people and taking orders.

I know everyone has an opinion on bagels and Einstein’s is great if you like a chewy soft bagel. But the best thing at Einstein’s is the bagel dog. A hotdog in a bagel… awesome!

Einsteins has moved to a new location on 116th. Unfortunately the new location isn’t open yet, and there aren’t any signs showing when it will open… why wouldn’t they keep their old location until the new one opens? Now I’m deprived of delicious bagels!

I love bagels. I love bagel sandwiches. Einstein bros has pretty good bagels, but they aren’t outstanding. Service isn’t consistently friendly, I think it depends on what mood everyone is in. I miss my old bagel shop in where the bagels were amazing and they were friendly with everyone who came in. If you want bagels in Carmel, Einsteins works, but that’s mostly because there isn’t much bagel competition around here. If you had the $ and were looking for a business opportunity — open a bagel shop in Carmel– you’d definitely get some business.

Had a good breakfast today there. I like there breakfast choices. I had a veggie sandwich with spicy cream cheese. It was good.
