Very kind and helpful, but when looking for a replacement latch, they found one in a dusty box of old parts and wanted to charge me $ 34. I then did what I never want to do. Ordered the exact same one (Emtek adjustable latch) online for $ 8.16. Came to $ 16.47 with shipping and tax. That is a significant difference. I’ll wait an extra couple days because it is on an inside door. I think they just made up a price because the same Emtek latch is no more than $ 12 anywhere you look online. :-(

Amazing service! I searched for a locksmith for a few days and made some local calls. I was quite disappointed with the other locksmiths I had called and a friend told me to call Carmel Lock & Safe.
