I visited the website and emailed them asking about an issue with my Mercedes and the estimate cost of repair, never got a reply. That would probably be fine 10 years ago due to not being familiar to email communication but we are in 2015, I expect you to reply to an email same as you answering a phone calls. I don’t see how I can trust my car to you if you are not technology oriented or just ignoring potential customers.

I took my BMW in for a mechanical issue today. They were so incredibly helpful and professional. I didn’t get pressured into unnecessary repairs. They are true professionals. I will never take my car anywhere else and I would encourage anyone else with a German auto to have service done here.
