There are few times when I am completely satisfied when making a major purchase. However Jason G. was wonderful. He was clear about the differences in the mattresses, helped me research one that I liked and gave me a fair price. Can’t wait for the mattress to arrive!

I hate that I do these reviews and rarely give good grades BUT, I guess I am the person that has to share and warn people when something is not good. Decided to buy a bed and looked at several places. We went to American Mattress on a weekday afternoon and I am not sure Jamie was ready for customers because he was sound asleep on one of the mattresses and his kids were playing some game in the back corner of the showroom floor. Let’s just say it was very awkward. As he woke up and approached us he was sucking on some kind of mint, hmmm. Just a very odd sales experience.

Jamie could not have been more helpful. Even though I had bought a mattress from American Mattress months earlier and only needed a frame, he walked me through everything. I am supremely happy with both my mattress, but especially now because of the frame. Because of the quality of what they sell, the prices that they offer, but mostly because of employees like Jamie, I will be back again.

Me and my wife were shopping for a mattress for some quite time. We walked to the American Mattress on Sunday and salesperson was very helpful and not pushy at all. He answered all questions, however we wanted to do more research and left.
We came back in a month, and ended up concentrating on the feel, rather than the brand of the mattress. We ended up with a great mattress and are very happy with it and with a sales consultant who helped us on Sunday.

This was my first time shopping for a REAL mattress instead of hand me down twin beds. I walked into the store expecting to be enticed to buy the most expensive mattress available, but instead the salesperson was extremely helpful and very open in answering the questions of what I wanted in a mattress.
I was very pleased with my purchase and pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were, much lower than I anticipated.
All in all this was a terrific store with quality, comfortable salesmen who are very open to listening to your needs and providing you with high quality mattresses at affordable prices.
