We purchased using Groupon and I should have known the price was too good to be true. Getting her to respond and schedule our appointment was challenging. She was nearly 30 minutes late to the photo session once we had an appointment. Yes, she called at the time the session should have started. But with two young boys, we had arrived 20 minutes early to ensure there were no problems, so her being late meant my boys were over having their pictures taken shortly after we got started. She said she’d send a preview of the photos and have them all done in 10 days. No preview. And we still haven’t gotten the finished product. She emailed 2 weeks ago indicating the disc was ready but won’t respond to schedule a time for pick up. Very disappointing experience! I realize I’m taking a big risk providing this feedback before she provides our pictures, but I’m not sure we’ll ever get them and potential customers need to know…
