A Presidential Limousine

This man Pat is a thief and a liar. He stole 500.00 dollars from me
I gave him that to supposedly pay for the insurance deductible so I could go work for the company and then said he needed another 500.00. I didn’t have it said he would give me my money back. He never did and will not answer phone or text. I REPEAT HE IS A LIAR AND A THIEF. IF HE WILL STEAL FROM SOMEBODY WITH A DISABLED WIFE HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU. I am pressing charges but please don’t use this service. They do) rob you blind. If there was a minus 5 star that is what I would give him minus 5 stars.

Took this company around a month to process charge. Called bank to inquire and then proceeded to call this company to have a receipt sent to me. The gentleman explained that the company misplaced the receipts in a limo and just got around to processing. I asked for a receipt and was immediately accused of trying to deny the charge and get out of paying. I explained that was inappropriate to accuse a customer of that and that I was simply asking for a receipt. The gentleman then said «you’re just a punk trying to get out of paying.» I was then called terrible homosexual slurs and he told me «keep the $ 45 because I’m going to bust your F’n mouth out when I meet you. I have your address and name» I recorded the conversation and wish I was able to share. I then filed a police report due to the violent nature of the conversation. I would advise (obviously) to never use this service.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They never came to pick me up and when I called to see what the revised ETA would be they hung up on me.
All subsequent calls from me went to voicemail. Very disappointing.

i have used Presidential to pick me up at the airport a dozen times to bring me to work or the hotel. They are on time and their cars are very clean and always new. This isn’t your average stinky limo service.
Highly recommended!
