This is a great find! The staff is there to help in any situation, they know how to take care of you. The course provides an interesting and enjoyable golfing experience. The elegant design is perfect for all skill levels. I have played many top quality golf courses and Governors Run ranks up there with the best of them. The only downside is the location, 60miles from St. Louis. However, I will be making the drive more often as this course is well worth it!

What a great course! The new zoiza fairways have come in nicely. Seems they are working hard to keep course up. That said, there are a few things they need to improve. As long as there are golfers on the course, they need to have staff there to serve food and drinks at the turn and after rounds. I’ve been there several times and wasn’t able to find anyone in the restaurant/​bar for even a hot dog. On weekdays, I can see why they have no cart girls out on the course serving drinks… But on weekends and holidays??? Come on! If they could get their staffing issues corrected… I’d give em 5 stars! The course is excellent!
